Business Intelligence Senior Specialist (EMIRATI)

We are hiring a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 for a data and analytics opportunity in 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢.This role is suited to an experienced BI professional who can turn complex datasets into clear, reliable insights and build reporting solutions that support both strategic and operational decision-making.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬-Own the development and continuous improvement of interactive dashboards, management reports, and KPI views that give stakeholders a clear picture of performance and emerging trends.-Work closely with business teams to understand reporting challenges, define analytical requirements, and convert them into practical BI solutions.-Bring together information from multiple data sources, building structured models and reporting logic that support consistent and accurate analysis.-Investigate data quality, timeliness, and reporting issues, partnering with data engineering and technical teams to resolve gaps affecting business insight.-Use Power BI, Azure-based data technologies, SQL, and analytical techniques to explore data, identify patterns, and produce actionable recommendations.-Improve the organisation’s overall BI capability by strengthening reporting standards, documentation, analytical practices, and user understanding of data-driven decision-making.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬-Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Azure Data Platform, and SQL databases, with the ability to independently build and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reporting solutions.-5+ years of relevant experience across business intelligence, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or a closely related data discipline.-Strong knowledge of data modelling, KPI design, visualisation principles, and working with multiple datasets to create reliable business insights.-Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex data issues, recognise trends, and apply statistical or data-driven approaches to problem-solving.-Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate reporting needs into effective analytical solutions.-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; exposure to data mining and big data analytics would be an advantage.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠This role offers the opportunity to work across complex datasets, enterprise reporting, data quality, and advanced visualisation while directly influencing how information is used to support decision-making across the organisation.𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲If you have strong BI expertise and enjoy turning complex data into clear, meaningful, and decision-ready insights, we would be pleased to hear from you.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted***
