Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Lecturer at our London campus. The Business Lecturer will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing instructional materials, mentoring and guiding students on academic progress, and designing assessment strategies to evaluate learning outcomes. The role also requires contributing to curriculum development and collaborating with faculty on research or program improvements to enhance the quality of education. Qualifications Strong subject-matter expertise in Business Studies, including areas such as management, entrepreneurship, and organizational behaviorProficiency in research, curriculum development, and instructional designExcellent communication, presentation, and student engagement skillsAbility to mentor and guide students, including providing constructive feedbackProficiency in using digital tools and platforms for teaching and reviewing course materialsPrevious teaching experience in higher education and pedagogical training are an advantageA postgraduate qualification in Business Studies or a related field; a teaching qualification is preferredCommitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment
