Business Management - AVP

Your ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively will be crucial in this role.What you doProviding business analysis and insights to support strategic decision-makingDeveloping and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and growthCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needsAnalyzing data and market trends to inform business strategiesPreparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholdersMonitors credit-related matters and ensure adherence to the Bank’s Credit Policies and regulatory requirementsPrepares, maintains, and analyses reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support business and management reporting needsLiaises with internal stakeholders to address queries, resolve issues, and facilitate smooth operational processesCoordinate internal and external audit exercises by preparing and managing required information and documentation, responding to audit queries, and ensuring timely closure of audit findings and compliance gapsWho you are: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field. Exposure to Sustainable Financing or ESG background will be added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksStrong business acumen and understanding of the banking industryCollaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
