This on-site internship role is based in Gurugram and involves assisting with business planning, data analysis, and documentation to improve operational efficiency. The intern will help coordinate with internal teams and external partners, contribute to client service activities, and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports. Responsibilities also include researching market trends, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to management as needed. The role offers exposure to end-to-end event and business processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist in strategy development, project coordination, and operational improvements.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, interact with clients, and present information clearly.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client inquiries, manage expectations, and contribute to a positive client experience.Candidates should ideally be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.Candidates should be proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.Interest in events, marketing, or operations management and prior internship or project experience are advantageous.
