For potential interns, GETAcademy provides exposure to real-world business issues, structured mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to impactful client outcomes.Role Description The Business Management Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Semenyih, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support business planning activities, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use. Daily tasks may involve assisting in developing business process improvements, documenting workflows, and supporting project coordination with different teams. The intern will help manage communication with clients and stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and contribute to customer service efforts to ensure a positive client experience. The role also includes participating in meetings, preparing meeting notes, and collaborating with mentors to learn core business management practices.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to assist in strategy development, operations support, and project coordination.Candidates should possess Communication skills to prepare clear reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support client interactions and help maintain high satisfaction levels.Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with openness to learning and receiving feedback.
