Business Manager – Automotive Services

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to take ownership of Verify Buy's business operations, drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and improve overall business performance within the automotive services and vehicle inspection sector.The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead sales and business development initiatives, manage the team, maintain high service quality, and ensure the achievement of business and commercial targets.Administrative and support functions will be provided by the existing group teams, allowing the Business Manager to focus on business growth, operational efficiency, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Business OperationsManage daily business operations and ensure efficient service delivery.Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.Improve operational processes and overall productivity.Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Build strategic partnerships with automotive dealerships, vehicle trading companies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Business PerformanceMonitor KPIs, revenue, operating costs, and profitability.Take responsibility for achieving business and commercial targets.Analyse performance and implement strategies to improve business results.Team ManagementLead, manage, and motivate the team.Ensure effective coordination across sales, operations, and customer service.Monitor team performance and maintain accountability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in business management, operations, sales, or business development.Experience in automotive services, vehicle inspections, vehicle valuation, or related automotive businesses is preferred.Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, develop business relationships, and achieve commercial targets.Experience managing teams, operational costs, and performance KPIs.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.UAE market experience and an established automotive industry network are advantageous.
