Business Manager (Baguio)

As a Business Manager, you will be the primary driver of branch success. You will execute targeted sales strategies and manage key client relationships to significantly boost overall sales targets, with emphasis on expanding the volume of CASA (Current and Savings Account) deposits.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, retain existing customers, and grow the branch's deposit portfolioCollaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvementsMonitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve business goalsParticipate in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to increase the branch's visibility and market share

Job Requirements

Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar branch management or banking leadership role in the retail banking sectorShould be highly skilled in sales and negotiation, preferably with an existing base of clients within the designated regionProven track record of driving branch business growth, managing a team, and delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong understanding of retail banking operations, products, and services, as well as a keen awareness of the local market dynamicsMust be willing to do fieldwork
