WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS MANAGERSubsidiary: Honeytreat Trade Academy (HTA) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-TimeHoneytreat Trade Academy (HTA) is seeking a highly driven, commercially focused and results-oriented Business Manager to lead the growth and performance of an assigned training centre.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, trainee acquisition, revenue growth and overall centre performance, with direct accountability for achieving approved business targets.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive trainee enrolment and revenue. • Generate leads, convert prospects and consistently achieve approved monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue. • Drive online and offline marketing activities, community outreach, referrals and promotional campaigns. • Monitor sales performance, lead generation, conversion rates and revenue against targets. • Lead and supervise centre staff to ensure productivity, accountability and target achievement. • Oversee daily centre operations and ensure excellent service delivery and trainee satisfaction. • Monitor revenue, collections and operational expenses. • Prepare accurate sales, marketing, enrolment, revenue and operational reports for management.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Education or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, business management or a related role.• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.• Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, sales conversion and relationship management.• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.• Strong commercial awareness, target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a professional with proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or business management, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.The ideal candidate must be target-driven, commercially savvy, proactive, an excellent communicator and capable of leading a high-performing team.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidates should complete the application form using the link below:https://forms.gle/ioW1A23MtdZVUuqM6If you can turn marketing into leads, leads into trainees, and trainees into revenue, we want to hear from you.#WeAreHiring #BusinessManager #Sales #Marketing #BusinessDevelopment #RevenueGrowth #TrainingAcademy #LagosJobs #NigeriaJobs #HoneyTreatTradeAcademy #HTA
