Business ManagerLocation: ColomboEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead commercial operations across Sri Lanka, Nepal and Singapore. Based in Colombo, you will drive business growth, manage key partners, oversee marketing initiatives, and own the regional P&L while ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the regional P&L and deliver sales, revenue and profitability targets.Develop and execute go-to-market and commercial strategies.Manage distributors, retailers, operators and key business partners.Lead local marketing activities across ATL, BTL and Digital channels.Oversee forecasting, budgeting, inventory, logistics and collections.Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.10+ years of experience in sales, business development or channel management.Experience in consumer electronics, telecom or FMCG is preferred.Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience.Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel across the region
