Business Manager (COO’s Office) _ Mumbai

Role OverviewThe Business Manager will act as a strategic and execution partner to the COO, driving keyorganizational priorities and ensuring alignment across functions. The role requires a consulting-oriented professional with strong analytical and execution capabilities to oversee Administration,Operations, IT Ops, and MIS, while leading critical initiatives such as entity formation, integration, andcost optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution: Support COO in translating strategy into actionable plans; track and driveexecution of key initiatives.Operations Oversight: Oversee Administration, Operations, IT Ops, and MIS to ensurealignment, efficiency, and governance.MIS & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, drive data-driven insights, and standardizeperformance reporting.Entity Formation & Integration: Lead setup of new entities and ensure seamless integrationinto existing structures and systems. Coordination with US project management team to drivetransformation, change management and functional integration project.Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-efficiency initiatives across functions whilemaintaining performance.COO Office Support: Prepare leadership decks, reviews, and executive communication;ensure follow-through on decisions.Cross-functional Coordination: Drive alignment across Finance, IT and Operations; ensureexecution discipline.Candidate ProfileMBA / CA from a reputed institution with strategic and Governance mindset.8-10 years’ experience; management consulting background preferred (Big4 / Tier 1)Strong experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or COO/CEO office rolesExposure to multi-functional environments and transformation initiativesSkills & AttributesStructured problem-solving and strong analytical skillsHigh ownership with execution focusStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage complexity and ambiguityStrong business acumen and attention to detailSkills: big 4,business manager,management,managment consulting background,communication,it operations,operation,operations,administration,ops,transformation,integration
