It’s a fantastic role for someone with a strong background in hedge funds, investment banking, or financial markets operations who enjoys bringing structure to complex workstreams. The opportunity is paying up to paying up to 150k + Bonus.The OpportunityOwn and drive strategic initiatives across international operationsPartner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Data and regional teamsBuild clear governance, reporting and executive-level MILead capacity, resource and operating-model planningTrack major transformation and migration programmes from planning through deliveryTurn complex data into concise insights, risks and actionsImprove processes, transparency and operational efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForStrong experience in business management, operations, strategy, programme delivery, or business analysisExcellent Excel, analytical and reporting skillsStrong understanding of financial markets, products, P&L and riskComfortable operating with senior stakeholders across multiple regionsNice to HavePrior operational or middle office experience in trade support rather than strictly business/project managementThis is a senior-facing position with broad exposure across an international platform.
