The company values integrity, technical excellence, and clear communication in its client relationships and internal operations.Role Description The Business Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuching, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and business functions. This role includes managing office administration such as scheduling, document handling, record-keeping, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The coordinator will assist with basic accounting tasks, invoice processing, insurance documentation, and supporting compliance with company policies. Daily activities also involve responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among project teams, management, and external partners. The Business Office Coordinator may help organize training sessions, maintain office supplies and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess basic accounting skills to support invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.Candidates should possess office administration skills to manage scheduling, documentation, filing systems, and general office operations.Candidates should possess knowledge of insurance processes to assist with policy documentation, claims coordination, and related administration.Candidates should possess training support skills to help organize, schedule, and document staff training and development activities.Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email), attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.Prior experience in an office coordination or administrative role, preferably within engineering, construction, or professional services, is an advantage.A relevant diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.Able to communicate in Mandarin will be preferred.
