Position SummaryIn essence, a Business Operations Analyst bridges operational data and business performance, ensuring operation is measurable, efficient, continuously improving and aligning with business strategy. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting of metrics to track business performance, operational effectiveness and in alignment with organizational goals. By using data analysis, statistical tools and process evaluation, the role also helps to improve day-to-day operation efficiency, support management strategic planning and decision making. This role will require working with all department leaders across the course of work.2. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and recommend action to improve operational efficiencyConduct market research and analyze industry trendsDevelop and maintain operational reports for managementAssist in budget preparation and management activitiesCollaborate with team members to perform analysis of business requirementsMonitor operational performance and suggest improvementsIdentify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutionsEnsure compliance with company standards and proceduresBuild and maintain relationships with all department heads and external partnersPresentation of business performance in management meeting3. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceDiploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or any other relevant field qualificationsMinimum 3 years+ of relevant experience in similar role working in environment with multiple functions of management, finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, field services, logistics and warehousing.Familiar with Enterprise Resources Planning, Customer Relationships Management and Business Intelligence Tools.Proficient in Microsoft TEAM, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointCore CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to build dashboard and chartAbility to operate effectively cross functional and complex environmentProactive Self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focusedGood business acumen, with strategic perspectivesSome understanding of business operations, processes and quality management systems4.
