What We OfferA hands-on internship in a boutique Multi-Family Office and Wealth Management environmentExposure to compliance, operations, financial markets, technology, and business developmentThe opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and gain insight into the management of complex client structuresCompetitive compensation of CHF 3,500 per monthPotential for long-term employment following successful completion of the internshipKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the firm's day-to-day compliance, operational, and administrative activities.Assist with client onboarding, Know-Your-Client (KYC) reviews, and maintenance of client documentation.Review and update client, regulatory, and operational records.Support the preparation and monitoring of management fee and retrocession calculations.Assist with compliance monitoring and the implementation of internal policies and procedures.Coordinate and liaise with external compliance, risk management, and accounting service providers.Conduct research on legal, regulatory, compliance, and financial topics.Assist in maintaining and improving CRM and portfolio management systems, including QPLIX.Support the use of AI and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and reporting.Contribute to the optimization, documentation, and digitalization of internal processes and workflows.Assist with operational, organizational, and strategic projects across the business.Help ensure accurate documentation, high-quality data management, and structured workflows. Ideal CandidateCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.Strong interest in law, regulation, financial markets, and technology.Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking.Ability and curiosity to understand complex financial, legal, and corporate structures.Interest in AI, digitalization, process optimization, and operational efficiency.Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with CRM systems or QPLIX is a plus.We are now looking to expand our team with a new Intern with potential future employment and are looking forward to receiving your application.Please send your application including a motivation letter to nydia.sieber@toledocapital.ch
