This global success is made possible by the commitment and talent of more than 46,000 employees worldwide.As Business Operations Analyst (Based in Prague), you will play a key role to provide financial and operational analysis to support business decisions, improve performance, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization across the organization.Be part of this amazing team!Main Responsibilities / FunctionsOversee the preparation, validation, and analysis of financial statements, managing accruals and costing processes.Provide information and insight to the business - reports, results presentation, area league tables, comparisons files, forecasting, business plan, budgeting.Analyze operational KPIs to identify opportunities for cost savings, inventory control, and efficiency improvements.Lead or participate in special projects to enhance operational and financial outcomes.Ensure compliance with SOX, PACS regulations, and internal control policies; liaise with external auditors and contractors for financial reporting and control issues.Manage data collection systems to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of operational data.Academic BackgroundBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.LanguagesEnglish: ProficientSpanish: ProficientProfessional Experience2+ years of experience in accounting, finance or analysis.Key Knowledge and SkillsKnowledge of financial accounting principles (SOX, IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, CRM) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Excel).Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.Mandatory requirement: Candidates must possess a valid EU passport and be legally authorized to work in Prague.
