Apply & track with Apply EdgeOperations & Commercial Analyst (Loyalty, Supply Chain & Finance Coordination)📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)About the RoleJoin a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution, scalability, and performance of loyalty and partnership-based propositions.This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial performance, acting as the central coordination point across internal teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Process OwnershipAct as the first point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolutionCoordinate daily operations with fulfilment, logistics, and customer support teamsOwn and optimise operational processes including returns, corrections, and exceptionsManage system access, user roles, and operational toolsEnsure high-quality, “first-time-right” execution across processesFinancial Operations & InvoicingManage end-to-end invoice validation and processing for suppliers and logistics partnersMonitor budgets, purchase orders (POs), and financial tracking toolsMaintain financial overviews and ensure accuracy of monthly reportingCoordinate with Finance on reconciliations, outstanding items, and credit notesCommercial & Supplier SupportSupport onboarding of new suppliers and partners (contracts, systems, processes)Analyse partner performance (sales, conversion, margin, stock levels)Assist in category management and pricing governancePrepare performance updates and insights for stakeholdersReporting & Data AnalysisBuild and maintain operational and performance dashboardsAnalyse logistics flows, inventory levels, and financial performanceSupport forecasting and planning activitiesTranslate complex data into actionable insightsMarketing & Campaign CoordinationAlign with marketing teams on campaign readiness and executionEnsure product availability, pricing, and fulfilment align with campaignsSupport operational delivery of promotions and customer initiativesStakeholder & Project CoordinationAct as a central coordination point across operations, finance, marketing, and suppliersSupport events, partner engagement initiatives, and cross-functional projectsDrive alignment across multiple teams in a complex environmentYour ProfileExperience in operations, supply chain, commercial support, or business operations rolesStrong understanding of financial processes (invoicing, POs, budgeting)Experience working with suppliers, logistics, or e-commerce environmentsHighly structured, detail-oriented, and hands-onStrong analytical skills with ability to turn data into insightsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in English (Dutch is a plus for local market alignment)What’s on OfferBroad, high-impact role across operations, finance, and commercial functionsExposure to e-commerce, loyalty ecosystems, and partner managementHybrid working with strong flexibilityCompetitive salary, bonus, and benefitsClear growth path into operations, commercial, or strategy roles
