The company utilizes advanced food preservation technologies to process and preserve meat for extended periods, helping support those in need throughout the year while reducing logistics costs, optimizing energy consumption, and contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Operations and Development Manager to lead and develop our food factory operations while driving business growth and identifying new strategic opportunities.Job Purpose:To lead the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives, with a strong focus on developing the factory, enhancing operational efficiency, and effectively managing and leading the team. The role is responsible for driving product innovation and development, attracting investments, and building strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. The position will also ensure the effective allocation of resources to achieve annual operational and strategic goals, supporting the company’s sustainable growth and expansion.Qualifications & Experience: · Previous experience in the industrial and food manufacturing sectors.· Proven experience in factory development and management, including improving operational and production efficiency.· Strong experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.· Experience in attracting investments and identifying growth opportunities.· Experience in product development and innovation.· Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams.· Demonstrated ability to achieve operational and strategic objectives.· Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
