The position involves overseeing daily business operations, including coordinating with service providers, and supporting process improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. The executive will help develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and offline marketing activities, and contribute to brand positioning and user acquisition efforts. The role requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution across operations and marketing.QualificationsExperience in business operations or general administration.Background in marketing or growth activities, such as campaign planning, social media management, or digital marketing execution.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with partners and service providers.High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.Comfort working in an early-stage or evolving business environment and interest in the on-demand services or mobile app sector.
