Business Operations Associate (Biotech)

I'm currently supporting an exciting, well-funded technology company at the intersection of AI and life sciences that is looking to hire a Business Operations Associate.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and day-to-day business operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and operating across multiple areas of a fast-growing business.Responsibilities include:Supporting strategic and commercial initiativesCoordinating cross-functional projects from planning through executionPreparing management materials and business updatesWorking with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects progress effectivelySupporting partnerships and broader business operationsImproving processes, reporting and operational workflowsIdeal background:2-4 years' experience in a top-tier management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar)Outstanding organisational and communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailComfortable working directly with senior stakeholdersInterest or exposure to healthcare, life sciences or biotechnology is highly advantageousExperience with project management, strategy or business operations is a plus
