We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful Operations Associate to work closely with the leadership team to support critical functions across the company.About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, cross-functional role for someone who loves solving problems, getting things done, and keeping many moving pieces organized.No two days will look exactly the same. You may be coordinating a restaurant repair, researching a vendor, helping implement a new process, analyzing an operational issue, following up with outside partners, or supporting restaurant teams with something they need to operate successfully. You don't need to know how to solve every problem, but you need to be great atfiguring things out and following through until they're done.What You'll DoWork directly with the leadership & operations teams on company priorities and projectsCoordinate projects and operational needs across multiple restaurant locationsResearch problems, vendors, products, and potential solutionsCommunicate and coordinate with restaurant teams, vendors, contractors, and corporate partnersTrack deadlines, open issues, and action items and ensure nothing falls through the cracksHelp develop and implement processes and SOPsSupport areas such as maintenance, vendors, insurance, permits, technology, and restaurant operationsTroubleshoot problems and take ownership of finding solutionsIdentify opportunities to make our operations more organized and efficientWho We're Looking ForExtremely organized and able to manage competing prioritiesStrong sense of urgency and ability to get things done quicklyExcellent follow-through and attention to detailResourceful, curious, and a strong problem solverStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationComfortable working independently and taking ownershipTech-savvy and able to learn new systems quicklyAdaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
