We're hiring a BizOps AssociateRedwood designs experiential learning journeys for students: programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years, we've grown into one of India's leading experiential learning companies, with 750+ journeys, 50+ partner schools, and 30,000+ students having travelled with us.BizOps is the engine behind every Redwood journey. It's how a confirmed enrollment becomes a smooth, well-run program for students, parents, and teachers. As a BizOps Associate, you'll own the operational backbone of our programs, from the moment a family enrolls to the day the journey is closed out.What you'll ownEnrollments & Payments: Manage the enrollment and payment process end to end. Ensure student data and payments are accurate, verified, and reconciled, and that records are always up to date.Pre-Tour Readiness & Program QC: Ensure every program is fully prepared and meets Redwood's quality standards before departure. Coordinate with schools and teachers, and put together the program documentation, planning, and logistics needed for a safe and seamless journey. Review each program against our benchmarks, flag gaps early, and close them before they reach students, parents, or schools.Parent & School Communications: Keep parents and schools informed and reassured at every stage, from enrollment through the journey itself. Ensure all communication is clear, accurate, and timely, and that queries are resolved promptly.Program Closure: Close out every program with the right records and wrap-up materials for schools and families, including photo albums, closure decks, and school reports, so each journey ends as well as it begins.HSR Layout, Bengaluru · Full-Time
