Business Operations Executive

Location: Jaipur (On-site)Department: OperationsEmployment Type: Full-TimeABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a highly organized and analytical Business Operations Executive to build the systems that keep our business running efficiently.This role goes beyond operations or accounts—you'll work directly with the founders to improve inventory management, business reporting, financial visibility, and operational processes. Your goal is to help us make faster, data-driven decisions as we scale.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain inventory and business management systems.Track inventory, raw materials, and product costing (BOMs).Organize bills, expenses, and financial records.Coordinate payroll, vendor payments, and work closely with our Chartered Accountant.Prepare monthly business reports, P&L summaries, and management dashboards.Analyse sales, margins, inventory movement, and business performance.Recommend pricing, inventory clearance, and promotional strategies based on data.Develop SOPs and improve operational processes across departments.Manage office administration, vendors, and operational documentation.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Finance, Inventory Management, or MIS.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Experience with inventory management and reporting.Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, Busy, or similar.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in an e-commerce, D2C, retail, manufacturing, or startup environment.Experience building operational processes from scratch.Exposure to ERP, inventory management, or warehouse systems.Experience creating dashboards, MIS reports, and business analytics.WHY JOIN US?Work directly with the founders of a fast-growing D2C brand.Take ownership of building systems that will shape the future of the business.Gain exposure to operations, finance, inventory, analytics, and strategic decision-making.High-growth role with significant learning and career advancement opportunities.
