Techary redefines the way customers procure, implement, and support their organisations' technology, providing an innovative alternative to the traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Value-Added Reseller (VAR) approach. Our concept, “Technology, done differently”, embodies our belief that the way our customers consume and utilize technology should innovate at the same pace as the technology itself. Our customers range from small start-ups to global enterprises. From designing, deploying and managing infrastructure stacks within low-latency financial trading environments, to relocating the headquarters of a global fintech firm, our operations span multiple markets, industries and geographies.Techary have helped customers scale their operations globally, gain an advantage in financial markets, enabled mission-critical projects and, most importantly, implemented technology that delivers alpha-accelerating business transformation. The RoleTechary is a global IT services company operating across four service pillars: Managed IT, Projects, Procurement, and Resources. We have offices in London, Kent, New Jersey, and Amsterdam, and have recently established a presence in Singapore as part of our regional growth strategy for APAC.The Singapore team is at an early and exciting stage. We're building out a strong local core team to support both regional client delivery and the wider global business, and this role is a foundational hire in that build-out.Because the team is still growing, the scope of this role will be deliberately broad. The successful candidate will cover a wide range of duties across office management, operations, HR support, and warehousing coordination until the team is large enough to warrant more specialised roles. As the team scales, there will be a clear path to grow with it and take on more focused ownership in the areas that suit you best. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants real breadth, real ownership, and to help shape how a global business operates on the ground in Singapore.LocationSingapore (5 days in Office, Mon–Fri 9–5)Duties & Responsibilities Office ManagementDay-to-day running of the Singapore workspaceManaging office supplies, pantry, consumables, and stationeryOpening and distributing post and incoming mailLiaising with building management, landlord, and facilities providersManaging vendor relationships (cleaning, utilities, IT peripherals, courier)Ensuring the workspace is presentable and set up for visitors, clients, and staff at all timesManaging access, keys, and swipe cardsGoods In and Goods OutReceiving inbound deliveries including IT hardware, client stock, and supplier consignmentsChecking deliveries against paperwork, recording serial numbers and asset details where required, and flagging discrepanciesPreparing outbound shipments including packing, labelling, and courier bookingManaging courier and freight relationships locallyBasic stock control and tidy management of any hardware or client stock held on siteWorking with the Procurement and Warehousing teams globally to ensure Singapore is aligned with Techary's wider inbound and outbound processesVisitor ManagementFirst point of contact for all visitors, including clients, candidates, vendors, and contractorsManaging visitor sign-in, host notifications, hospitality, and refreshmentsPreparing meeting rooms for client and internal meetingsCoordinating logistics for larger visits such as client events, workshops, and executive visitsPermit to Work (PTW)Managing PTW processes for contractors and vendors working on siteCoordinating with building management for any works requiring building-level PTWEnsuring works are risk-assessed, documented, and signed off in line with Techary's compliance requirementsMaintaining PTW records and audit trailInterviewing and Recruitment SupportSupporting the interview process for Singapore-based hiresCoordinating interview schedules across candidates, hiring managers, and panels, frequently across time zonesManaging candidate hospitality, including greeting, meeting rooms, and refreshmentsRunning first-round screening interviews where appropriateWorking closely with the Group Recruitment and HR functions to support the local pipelineMeeting CoordinationCoordinating internal and external meetings for the Singapore teamManaging meeting room bookings and logisticsPreparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups where requiredCoordinating regional and global meetings across Singapore, London, Kent, New Jersey, and Amsterdam, including travel and logisticsSupporting client meetings, workshops, and QBRs held on siteEssential SkillsSingapore Citizen strongly preferred, required for certain regulatory workstreams including NEA clearance2 to 4 years of office coordination, administrative, or business operations experience, ideally in a scaling businessComfortable with a broad and varied remit, and willing to roll up sleeves across office, ops, and warehousing tasks in a growing environmentStrong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to run multiple workstreams in parallelComfortable working autonomously as the team continues to growConfident interpersonal skills, as you'll be the face of Techary in SingaporeSolid written English, comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), video conferencing, and general office toolsFamiliarity with PTW processes and workplace H&S standardsExposure to goods in/goods out, warehousing, or logistics environments is a plusExposure to HR administration, recruitment coordination, or ISO-accredited environments is a plusBenefitsAt Techary, we embrace a family culture and believe in working as a team to overcome any challenge we face.Employee benefits include:Birthday as an additional days leave22 paid Vacation daysHealthcare insuranceLearning & Development courses paid (Microsoft, Cisco etc)Equal Opportunities & Diversity PolicyTechary is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants.
