Business Operations Intern

Location: Orange County, CASchedule: Part-Time Internship | 20 hours per weekWe are looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Operations & Data Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Orange County.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real-world exposure to business operations, data analysis, research, reporting, and customer interaction.

You’ll work closely with company leadership and have the opportunity to contribute to real business initiatives rather than simply handling traditional intern tasks.What You’ll Do Conduct business and market researchAnalyze data and help identify trends and insightsPrepare reports, presentations, and business summariesOrganize and maintain business and customer informationAssist with customer and client communicationsSupport ongoing projects and operational initiativesHelp research potential customers, markets, and business opportunitiesParticipate in meetings and follow up on action itemsWork directly with leadership on special projectsWhat We’re Looking ForCurrent college student or recent graduateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable communicating professionally with customers and business partnersAnalytical and detail-orientedStrong research and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and preparing reportsOrganized, dependable, and able to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving environmentSpanish or Arabic language skills are highly preferredMust be local to Orange County or able to commute regularly
