This position oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and efficient service. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and supporting financial reporting. The Business Operations Manager will implement operational standards, supervise compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with store leadership to improve customer experience and profitability. This role also requires coaching and developing team members, resolving operational issues quickly, and supporting local initiatives that align with Sliced Pizza’s brand and growth strategy.QualificationsStrong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily restaurant activities and drive efficiency.Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, identify trends, and support decision-making.Experience in Program Management to coordinate operational projects, process improvements, and new initiatives.Solid understanding of Finance, including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting.Relevant experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management, with a track record of team leadership.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
