Business Operations Manager

Al Rais Investment is looking for an experienced Group Business Operations Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple businesses within the Group, primarily across car rental, last-mile delivery, and real estate management.The role will have direct responsibility for the day-to-day performance, P&L, profitability, operational efficiency, and growth of the assigned entities, working closely with business heads and Group management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned Group companies.Take ownership of P&L, budgets, profitability, cost control, and business performance.Set and monitor operational and financial KPIs and targets.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, margins, and customer experience.Work closely with business heads and functional teams to ensure targets and Group standards are achieved.Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior management.We are looking for someone with strong commercial and operational experience, good financial understanding, and proven experience managing P&L and multi-functional operations.UAE experience is preferred, particularly within car rental, mobility, logistics, delivery, or other service-based businesses.
