At the same time, clinicians spend significant time on documentation, administrative work, and reimbursement.PhyxUp uses AI to connect the clinical visit with ongoing care. We help patients stay engaged with their treatment at home while automating repetitive clinical and reimbursement workflows for providers. We’re not just building another healthcare software tool. We’re building the infrastructure for how care continues after the visit.About the RoleThe Business Operations Manager will help keep PhyxUp's business running smoothly as we grow across Korea and the U.S.You'll work closely with the CEO and our U.S. team to coordinate daily operations, support our clinical and billing teams, manage administrative processes, and keep important projects moving forward. This is a hands-on role that involves a wide range of responsibilities, from coordinating with U.S. team members and managing operational documents to supporting government programs, finance, HR, and internal projects. As the company grows, you'll also help improve existing processes and build more efficient systems that allow our team to scale.Your main responsibility is to make sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly and help build the systems we need as we grow. What You'll DoCoordinate daily operations across our Korea and U.S. teamsSupport operational workflows involving our U.S. clinical team, billing team, and clinic partnersManage internal schedules, email communication, follow-ups, and administrative tasksPrepare and manage contracts, reports, operational documents, and company recordsCoordinate applications, reporting, and administrative requirements for government support programsSupport HR and finance operations, including recruitment coordination, expense tracking, and administrative documentationAssist with investor materials, business proposals, presentations, and due diligence documentsTrack ongoing operational tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are metIdentify inefficiencies in daily operations and help develop better processesSupport the CEO and leadership team with other business operations tasks as neededHow We WorkWe are an early-stage startup, which means roles are broad and individual impact is high. Our operations span two countries and involve clinical teams, billing, customers, and external partners. Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable execution are essential to keeping everything running smoothly. We value people who take ownership of their work, follow through on commitments, and look for ways to improve how things are done.We move quickly, but we don't use speed as an excuse for low-quality work.
