This role involves working closely with the founders to streamline business operations, oversee key programs and initiatives, and ensure effective execution of strategic plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, identifying process improvements, coordinating cross-functional projects, and managing timelines and deliverables. The role also requires preparing business reports and dashboards, supporting financial analysis and budgeting, and providing analytical insights to guide decision-making.
