This role focuses on optimizing resource use to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain productivity, ensure adherence to payroll schedules, and achieve organizational goals. The manager contributes by overseeing staff performance and operational effectiveness, playing a key role in continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor key performance metrics for staff and operationsEvaluate business processes and recommend improvementsLead quality improvement and continuous improvement initiativesAssign and monitor staff caseloads and account distributionEvaluate program effectiveness and report to leadershipMonitor compliance standardsDevelop staff through training and resourcesServe as liaison with State agenciesResolve escalated customer complaintsCommunicate goals, expectations, and results to stakeholders

Requirements
