Business Operations Specialist - Bilingual Chinese

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timeSchedule: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PMPrimary Work Location: Foothill Ranch, CASecondary Work Location: Montebello, CA（Occasional support at our Montebello cold-storage warehouse may be required during busy shipping periods.）About UsWe are the U.S. business division of food manufacturers based in China, focused on bringing high-quality and innovative Asian food products to the U.S. market.Our products include Ready-to-Eat Chinese foods, prepared meals, seafood dishes, noodles, desserts, snacks, and other trending Asian food products.Our customers include major supermarket chains, foodservice distributors, restaurant groups, and wholesalers.We are a growing team, so this is a hands-on role with exposure to many areas of the business, including customer orders, logistics, inventory, accounting, product sourcing, and new product launches.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders from confirmation through delivery and payment follow-up.Follow up on customer requests, product submissions, shipments, invoices, payments, and operational issues.Communicate with customers, factories, warehouses, trucking companies, and logistics providers.Independently research information needed to complete tasks and determine appropriate next steps.Maintain accurate customer, product, order, inventory, and invoice records.Use QuickBooks Online for orders, invoices, inventory, and basic accounting-related work.Use Feishu/Lark for internal communication, documentation, and task tracking.Assist with inventory review, purchasing, delivery appointments, shipping, and accounts receivable follow-up.Support new product launches and expansion into U.S. supermarket, foodservice, and wholesale channels.Research food trends, competitors, and emerging Asian food products.Participate in product sourcing and selection.
