Business Operations Specialist (BizOps)

Job Descriptions:1. Business Analysis & Commercial PolicyMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.Support the development and update of sales policies, business mechanisms, and revenue-driving programs.Analyze business data and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of policies and programs.Recommend adjustments to improve business performance and operational efficiency.2. Policy Implementation & Cross-functional CoordinationDraft, update, and standardize policies, guidelines, and business-related documents.Track the approval and implementation of policies and programs, ensuring timely execution.Work closely with Legal, Finance & Accounting, Internal Control, and business teams to review and align requirements.3. Data Management & Process ImprovementMaintain and organize data related to business policies and commercial activities.Improve data and document management systems to support effective information access and use.Apply AI and digital tools to support research, data analysis, document preparation, and process improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Economic Law, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Business Analysis, or related roles.Strong analytical and logical thinking with good information synthesis skills; experience working with business data is a plus.Good writing and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Comfortable using AI tools for research, information analysis, and productivity enhancement.Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proactive, responsible, and able to manage tasks through completion.
