We are looking for a Buyer to join our Milpitas office, CA.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork with sales and customers closely to get customers’ forecasts and demandsSupport the daily operations of the sales team and provide weekly updatesFollow up on the fulfillment of customers’ sample requests and order requests to ensure on time deliveryCollaborate with internal cross-functional teams to solve customer issuesInventory control and managementOther assigned job duties to ensure better customer serviceQualificationsBachelor’s degree with related experience in sales operations or the supply chain fieldStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teamsOrganized and attention to details; able to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and people skillsA teamwork-oriented mentality and keen aptitude in problem-solvingBilingual in Mandarin is a plus
