Role Description The Business Operations Specialist is a part-time hybrid role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The specialist will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating administrative processes, tracking key performance metrics, and assisting with business planning and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and supporting member services such as inquiries, registrations, and event coordination. The role will collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. The specialist will also contribute to developing and implementing operational policies and procedures aligned with ZIQS objectives.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Business Operations and Business Analysis skills to support planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and inform operational decisions.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, prepare reports, and support internal and external correspondence.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to member inquiries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.Relevant experience in professional associations, construction, or built environment sectors is beneficial.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time hybrid setting are required.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic data management tools is advantageous.A diploma or degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
