SRG is committed to supporting clients in achieving their geophysical objectives through reliable, tailored solutions.Role Description The Business Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will oversee overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with SRG’s mission and long-term goals. Daily responsibilities include setting and monitoring business plans, managing budgets, reviewing project proposals, and approving key investments and partnerships. The Business Owner will lead and support department heads, guide business development activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders in the geophysics and well services sectors. This role also involves ensuring compliance with local regulations, upholding quality standards across all services, and identifying growth opportunities in domestic and regional markets.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management within technical services, energy, geophysics, or engineering-related industries.Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and operations management, with the ability to set priorities and drive organizational performance.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making based on financial and operational data.Proficiency in building and leading cross-functional teams, with effective people management, delegation, and performance oversight.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships and develop partnerships in Egypt and potentially abroad.Understanding of geophysical services, groundwater exploration, geological studies, or geotechnical investigations is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Geophysics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with a hands-on approach and readiness to visit project locations as needed.Commitment to ethical business practices, safety standards, and continuous improvement in quality and innovation.
