Known for quality service and seasonal offerings such as Diwali and monsoon specials, as well as experiences like party boats and dinner cruises, NAIKINGS aims to deliver a complete and memorable travel journey from start to finish.Role Description The Business Partner and Operations Head will oversee day-to-day operations, business strategy, and service delivery for NAIKINGS Tours & Travels. This full-time, on-site role based in Goa, India involves managing booking workflows, coordinating with vendors and partner hotels, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless execution of tour packages. The role includes monitoring operational performance, optimizing processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction, and resolving escalated client issues. The Business Partner and Operations Head will collaborate on business development initiatives, manage budgets and forecasts, track key metrics, and contribute to marketing plans and partnerships that support growth. This position also requires maintaining compliance with local regulations, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence, and representing the company in key stakeholder discussions.QualificationsStrong operations management and process optimization skills, with experience in managing day-to-day service delivery and workflows.Business strategy, planning, and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.Vendor and partner management experience, including negotiating contracts and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and local service partners.Team leadership and people management abilities, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industry is highly beneficial.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Proficiency with basic office and reservation tools, CRM systems, and digital communication platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.Ability to work on-site in Goa, adapt to a dynamic environment, knows kokani langauge and make data-informed decisions under time constraints.
