The Business Partner will collaborate closely with founders, investors, and partner organizations to identify growth opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and oversee implementation across marketing, commerce, and transformation projects. This role involves developing business plans, supporting market entry strategies, reviewing performance data, and ensuring alignment between operational execution and financial goals. The Business Partner will coordinate with internal delivery teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to investor-grade reporting and KPI frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include participating in client meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, monitoring project health, and recommending improvements to drive sustainable growth.QualificationsProven experience in business partnering, management consulting, or strategy roles, ideally within digital solutions, marketing, or commerce environments.Strong skills in business analysis, financial modeling, KPI development, and performance reporting, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, including working with founders, investors, and enterprise partners.Knowledge of market entry strategies, go-to-market planning, and scaling operations in regional or cross-border contexts, particularly within the Middle East.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, operate in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with measurable outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or transformation programs, as well as investor-grade reporting standards and unit economics frameworks, is beneficial.
