Business Partner – Growth & Operations

Are you an entrepreneurial operator who wants to build a business, not just take a job?A fast-growing Dubai-based startup with businesses spanning catering, equestrian fashion, and stable/equestrian services is looking to partner with an ambitious, commercially driven individual to work closely with the founder in growing and managing the business.This is an opportunity for someone who is excited by entrepreneurship, business building and performance-linked rewards, and who is willing to work on a success-fee / performance-based model rather than a conventional fixed-salary structure.The Opportunity:We are looking for a Business Growth & Operations Partner who will work alongside the founders to:Drive business growth, revenue generation and new business opportunitiesDevelop and execute commercial and growth strategiesIdentify new markets, customers, partnerships and revenue streamsTake ownership of day-to-day business operations and executionBuild and manage relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and other stakeholdersImprove operational efficiency, processes and profitabilitySupport the founders in translating ideas and opportunities into executable business plansBuild and manage teams as the business scalesDevelop strategic partnerships and collaborations across the catering, equestrian and lifestyle sectorsMonitor business performance, financial outcomes and key growth metricsTake ownership for delivering measurable business resultsWho We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will be:Bilingual English & ArabicHighly entrepreneurial with a founder/owner mindsetCommercially astute and strongly driven by resultsExperienced in business development, operations, sales, entrepreneurship or general managementComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with ambiguityCapable of independently identifying opportunities and converting them into resultsStrong in relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder managementHands-on and willing to get involved in both strategy and executionComfortable working directly with founders and taking significant ownershipPassionate about building something with long-term valueExperience in F&B, catering, equestrian, fashion, lifestyle, events, hospitality or related businesses would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.What We OfferThis is not a conventional salaried position.The opportunity is structured around a success-fee / performance-linked model, with the potential for the right individual to participate meaningfully in the value created through business growth.You will work directly with the founders and have the opportunity to:Shape the direction and growth of the businessTake significant ownership of business performanceBuild and lead new revenue streamsParticipate in the success you help createPotentially evolve into a long-term leadership/partnership role based on performance and mutual fitIf You Are…Someone who says:“Give me the opportunity, and I will build the business with you.”…we would like to hear from you.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Engagement: Success Fee / Performance-Based Partnership🤝 Reporting: Directly to the Founders
