Business Performance Analyst (Power BI)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Financial BI Analyst with strong experience in Power BI, financial analysis, and business performance reporting.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.Analyze financial and business performance.Work with P&L, budgets, forecasts, sales, profit margins, inventory, and KPIs.Perform variance and performance analysis.Create Management and Executive Dashboards.Work with different departments to identify KPIs and reporting requirements.Automate manual reports and reduce dependency on Excel.Provide insights and analysis to support management decisions.Requirements2+ years of experience in BI, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, or a similar role.Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.Good knowledge of DAX and Power Query.Strong Excel skills.Experience in financial and business performance analysis.Good understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience with KPI and management reporting.Strong analytical and communication skills.SQL and ERP experience are a plus.Important: We are looking for someone who combines Power BI/BI skills with financial and business analysis experience, not a Power BI Developer only.Work ConditionOnsite (5 Days)Work LocationNasr City
