Business Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities* Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.* Develop financial and operational forecasts, including sales, demand, and budgets.* Support annual and long-term strategic planning.* Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics.* Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.* Conduct market and competitor analysis.* Recommend process improvements and cost optimization strategies.* Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other departments.* Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.* 2–5 years of experience in:* Business Analysis* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)* Strategic Planning* Or similar roles* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good understanding of business and financial concepts.* Good knowledge of data analysis techniques.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
