We track key performance metrics, use data-driven models to solve complex operational challenges, and lead high-impact initiatives from start to finish. Collaborating closely with both local and regional teams, we focus on optimizing processes, reducing costs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our global users.Job Description:Independently monitor and track key operations performance metrics (e.g. cancellation rate, return & refund rate) to ensure day-to-day operations are carried out smoothlyAnalyse data sets and apply data-driven models to define, size and solve any operational challengesOwn the entire lifecycle of operations initiatives. Take total accountability from initial project kickoff, definition of charter objectives, through execution, cross-functional orchestration, and final post-mortem deliveryCollaborate extensively with both local and regional teams for day-to-day issues and launch new initiatives to reduce cost and optimise processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business or science. A master’s degree is advantageous but not requiredMinimum 1 year of working experience in e-commerce, retail buying, business analytics background would be an advantageAbility to interpret data and generate key analysis that guide key decisions and attain business objectivesProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointProficiency in SQL would be an advantageResult-oriented, team player and enjoy working in dynamic environment to drive growth
