From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters.Job DescriptionAs a Business Platforms Intern, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that develops and manages integrated digital platforms that support various business functions, efficiency, connectivity, and innovation across the organization. They are experts in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Content Management Systems (CMS), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS), E-Commerce, Intranet and InsurTech.  In this internship program you will be trained in a leading CRM Platform (either Salesforce or MS Dynamics 365 CRM). Internship period:September 15 - December 15, 2026 (3 months). What are your benefits? On-going learning and development opportunities leveraging AI tools and latest technology trendsCRM Applications knowledge Design and develop solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform using out-of-the-box capabilities provided by Power Platform (custom tables, processes, reports, applications). Extend application capabilities using JavaScript (for client-side) and C# (for server-side) when click-and-config features do not cover the requirements. Program flexibility Enjoy full support from our team and have a buddy assigned to you Achieve hands on technical experience Recruitment Process:Online Test Candidates will first complete an online assessment designed to evaluate their skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the internship. Group Exercise Candidates who achieve a positive result in the online assessment will be invited to our office for an in-person group exercise. During this stage, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other better and complete a practical, interactive exercise. QualificationsGood knowledge OOP concepts & design patterns; Basic knowledge of C# programming language Basic knowledge of JavaScript programming language Basic knowledge of SQL; Graduates or junior professionals looking to further grow their skills; Passionate about software design and development; A proactive person, fast learner and motivated; Involved in extracurricular activities:(personal projects, member of research Labs/Academies, training, certifications); Problem solving skills; Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written form.
