Business Process Analyst & Tester

Job DescriptionAnalyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.Collaborate with Business Users, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios.Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects until resolution.Support business process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.Prepare test reports and communicate testing results to relevant stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Business Analyst, Software Testing, or a similar role.Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and software testing.Familiar with SDLC and software testing methodologies.Understanding of creating test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and documentation skills.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, or similar tools is a plus.
