Business Process, Consultant

Our subsidiary (Jadaya) is seeking a Business Process, Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the ARIS platform. You will work closely with clients to transform business processes, improve operational efficiency, strengthen process governance, and support digital transformation initiatives.The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with the ARIS platform, including Process Design, Process Governance, Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards, and workflow automation. You will combine strong technical expertise with business consulting skills to analyze organizational challenges, design innovative solutions, and successfully deliver complex transformation projects.This is a customer-facing consulting role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business process discovery, analysis, documentation, and optimization initiatives using the ARIS platformDesign, configure, and implement ARIS solutions, including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards, and ARIS ConnectDevelop custom reports, scripts, macros, and automation solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIsLead process mining engagements by analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, process deviations, and performance improvement opportunitiesDesign interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platformsPerform data extraction, transformation, validation, and modeling to support reporting, analytics, and process intelligence initiativesConduct stakeholder workshops, business interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business objectives and operational challengesTranslate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designsConfigure workflow automation and governance processes to support approvals, process compliance, and operational excellenceProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants and project team membersTroubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to ARIS implementations, integrations, and custom developmentsSupport integrations between ARIS and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, HR systems, ERP platforms, and document management solutionsPrepare high-quality technical documentation, solution architecture documents, implementation guides, user manuals, and training materialsParticipate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, effort estimation, and pre-sales activitiesStay current with ARIS product enhancements, BPM best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer solutionsRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related disciplineExperience5-8 years of experience delivering Business Process Management (BPM), Digital Transformation, Process Intelligence, or Enterprise Architecture initiativesMinimum of 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring the ARIS platformProven consulting experience delivering enterprise-scale BPM projects across multiple industriesSkills & CompetenciesStrong JavaScript programming experienceExperience developing REST API integrations and web servicesStrong SQL programming and database querying skillsExperience with relational databases and data modeling conceptsExperience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validationAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulasExperience using Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platformsFamiliarity with cloud technologies and enterprise integration architectures is an advantageStrong business analysis and requirements engineering capabilitiesExperience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across all organizational levelsAbility to analyze complex business processes and recommend practical improvement opportunitiesExperience preparing business requirements documents, functional specifications, technical designs, and implementation documentationExcellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality consulting servicesFluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business audiences and translate business requirements into technical solutionsStrong client engagement and consulting skills with a customer-focused mindsetPreferred QualificationsThe following qualifications will be considered an advantage:ARIS Professional or ARIS Certified Consultant certificationExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence methodologiesKnowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworksExperience with SAP Signavio or other BPM platformsExperience working in consulting or professional services organizationsProject management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile ScrumJob location: Client Site.
