Apply & track with Apply EdgeBusiness Process Excellence and Implementation ProfessionalJob Summary:The Business Process Excellence and Implementation Professional is responsible for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across LMK logistics operations. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance IT/WMS, HR, and customer stakeholders to identify performance improvement opportunities, standardize processes enhance productivity, and strengthen operational governance. Through data-driven analysis, root cause problem solving, and Lean improvement methodologies, the BPE Manager ensures sustainable improvements in service quality, cost, and operational efficiency while embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations. - Analyze operational performance, productivity, quality, and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities. - Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions. - Drive Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization projects to improve productivity and operational efficiency. - Support workforce planning, forecast validation, and labor utilization improvement. - Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, governance routines, and performance tracking mechanisms. - Standardize operational processes through SOPs, work instructions, visual management tools, and audit routines. - Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT/WMS, and customer stakeholders to improve operational performance and business results. - Coach site teams on continuous improvement methodologies and best practices.- Contract Logistics 부서 소속으로 함께할 예정이에요. (Warehouse Site 오산 상주 근무)Qualification:- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related operational environments.- Experience leading continuous improvement, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, operational KPIs, and process governance.- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and customer stakeholders.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing operational environment.- Fluency in English.Preferred Qualification:- Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.- Experience in contract logistics or warehouse operations environments.- Experience using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), operational reporting tools, and process mapping methodologies.- Experience in labor planning, productivity improvement, workforce optimization, or operational cost reduction initiatives.- Experience developing KPI dashboards, governance routines, and performance management processes.- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, MPM, or other project management/process improvement certifications.- Experience supporting business case development financial analysis, or productivity benefit tracking.
