Headquartered in New Delhi, MARS Cosmetics is committed to offering groundbreaking products that meet the ever-evolving needs of consumers worldwide.Key Responsibilities-Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation across functions.Lead end-to-end process diagnostics, redesign, and implementation, using Lean/Six Sigma/BPM principles where relevant.Build the automation roadmap and pipeline, translating business pain points into scalable digital solutions.Partner with Business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other teams to deploy workflow automation, RPA, AI/GenAI and low-code solutions.Define business cases, benefits, KPIs and governance; track productivity, cost, cycle-time and quality improvements.Drive adoption and change management to embed a culture of continuous improvement and digital-first working.Establish process governance, documentation and best practices to ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable.Candidate Profile-8–12 years of experience in Business Process Excellence, Transformation, Automation, Consulting or Digital Operations.Strong track record of leading cross-functional process transformation and automation programs.Working knowledge of platforms such as Power Automate/Power Platform, RPA, workflow/BPM tools and AI/GenAI applications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and program management skills.Lean Six Sigma / process excellence certification is an advantage.Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or Retail preferred.Success in the Role-A measurable pipeline of automation and process-improvement initiatives delivering faster processes, lower manual effort, better controls, improved employee experience and sustainable productivity gains.
