We are searching for talented and innovative people to join us with the passion to learn, grow their career with purpose, and create a difference together as one team.Role Overview:Primary Function: We’re looking for a Business Process Governance Associate Manager to join our team and make an impact by ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process maps, and related business documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.This position works closely with business users, process owners, and transformation teams to support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. You will often support process standardization, capability building, operating model designs and transformation projects across the enterprise.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 1-3 years of experience in process documentation, business analysis, process improvement, or quality managementSkilled in Process Mapping (BPMN, Swimlane Diagrams), SOP and Work Instruction Development, Business Process Analysis, Document Control and Version Management, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or similar toolsWilling to be based in Ortigas

Preferred Qualifications
