Business Process Governance Expert

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Business Process Governance Expert to build scalable business rules, processes, and governance frameworks that enable operational excellence across markets.If you're a structured problem-solver who enjoys turning complex business challenges into clear, scalable processes — and translating those processes into systems, automation, and AI capabilities — we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoPolicy & Process GovernanceDevelop and maintain business governance frameworks covering policies, SOPs, compliance standards, exceptions, and escalation mechanisms.Design and optimize end-to-end business processes with clear ownership, requirements, controls, and decision points.Standards & Scalable OperationsBuild standards libraries, information taxonomies, attribute rules, and localized frameworks that balance global consistency with local market requirements.Establish version control, release, training, and review mechanisms to ensure standards remain clear and consistently applied.Rules to Systems & AITranslate business rules into structured requirements for products, systems, algorithms, automation, and AI.Define decision logic, inputs, outputs, exception scenarios, and acceptance criteria while partnering closely with Product and Technology teams.Governance, Risk & Continuous ImprovementDefine risk levels, review standards, escalation paths, and exception principles.Use business data to evaluate rule and process effectiveness, identify efficiency, quality, risk, and cost opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Business, Product, Technology, Data, Algorithm, Legal, and Risk teams to align standards and drive successful implementation across the organization.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Process Design, Policy Governance, Operational Excellence, Risk & Compliance, or Operations Strategy.Proven experience designing end-to-end processes, business rules, SOPs, and governance frameworks, ideally building mechanisms from 0 to 1.Experience standardizing processes across multiple markets while accommodating local requirements.Ability to translate business rules into system requirements, decision logic, or automation solutions.Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project execution capabilities.Excellent cross-functional influencing skills, including the ability to drive complex initiatives without direct authority.Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is preferred.Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent for process design, analysis, and productivity improvement.Experience within food delivery, quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale retail is highly preferred.Why Join Keeta?🏗️ Build from the ground up – Design core frameworks, standards, and governance mechanisms that can scale across markets.🤖 Turn policies into technology – Go beyond writing SOPs by translating business rules into systems, automation, algorithms, and AI capabilities.🌍 Broad organizational impact – Work across Business, Product, Technology, Data, Legal, and Risk on complex, high-impact challenges.🚀 Expert career path – Grow as a senior individual contributor with significant ownership and influence, without requiring people-management responsibilities.
