Business Process Improvement SpecialistPalomba General Trading LLCDubai, United Arab Emirates | On-site | Full-timeSalaryAED 21,000–28,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAnnual Performance BonusCompany-sponsored UAE Employment VisaPrivate Medical InsuranceAnnual Return Flight Ticket30 Calendar Days Paid Annual LeaveContinuous Professional DevelopmentInternational Career GrowthExposure to cross-functional business transformation projectsAbout Palomba General Trading LLCPalomba General Trading LLC is an international trading company headquartered in Dubai, specializing in natural ingredients, botanical extracts, essential oils, flavour systems and specialty raw materials serving the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.As our international operations continue to expand, we are seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to analyse, optimize and standardize operational processes across commercial, procurement and supply chain activities.The RoleThe Business Process Improvement Specialist will help improve efficiency across the organization by identifying operational bottlenecks, simplifying workflows and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.This is not an IT role.It is a business operations position focused on process optimisation and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse existing operational workflows.Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.Map business processes across procurement, commercial operations and supply chain.Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).Support digitalisation and automation initiatives.Monitor operational KPIs.Prepare performance dashboards and management reports.Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects.Assist departments during implementation of new procedures.Support ERP process optimisation.Review documentation and operational compliance.Recommend best practices based on international business standards.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline.Three to six years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Project Management.Excellent analytical and organisational skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP platforms is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills.Ability to coordinate multiple improvement projects.Preferred ExperienceExperience in:International TradingFood IngredientsPharmaceutical IngredientsNutraceuticalsFMCGSupply ChainManufacturingBusiness ConsultingKnowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is appreciated but not mandatory.What We OfferDirect collaboration with senior management.Participation in strategic transformation projects.International business exposure.Clear career progression toward Operational Excellence Manager or Business Transformation Manager.Opportunity to shape the future operational model of a growing international trading company.
