Process Assessment & Gap IdentificationReview BBPs / process designs across all functionsConduct detailed on-ground assessments (plants, farms, logistics, finance)Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP-aligned processesDefine specific changes required in daily workflows2. Process Design Validation & FitmentValidate that designed processes are practical and executable on groundIdentify constraints, inefficiencies, and operational risksChallenge SAP design where misaligned with business realityEnsure process fitment to system is maximized3. Process StandardizationDrive standardization across functions (e.g., production, procurement, logistics)Eliminate manual workarounds and inconsistenciesDefine clear, structured workflows aligned with SAP4. Business AlignmentWork closely with business owners to validate process changesEnsure ownership of new processes within business teamsAlign leadership on required operational changes5.
