Business Project Manager – Cash Management (Transaction Banking) | GCC – onsiteWe are looking for Business Project Manager to own corporate cash management change across multiple GCC markets for Our client, a leading regional bank with a strong transaction banking franchise.You will own cash management projects end to end: corporate eBanking, Host-to-Host, SWIFT, API banking, payables, receivables and liquidity. You will write the requirements, lead UAT, deliver payment scheme certifications and launch products to corporate clients.What you will do- Run multiple concurrent cash management projects from business case to live clients.- Own BRDs, review vendor specs, lead UAT and go/no-go.- Deliver ISO 20022 and CBPR+ remediation across client channels.- Lead payroll/WPS, instant payment, direct debit and open banking certifications.- Launch products with Sales, RMs and Operations: guides, training, pilots.What you bring- 10+ years in banking, 5+ years delivering cash management or payments projects on the bank side.- Strong knowledge of corporate channels (eBanking, H2H, SWIFT FIN/FileAct, APIs) and ISO 20022.- Hands-on delivery with at least two GCC payment schemes (e.g. Aani, UAEFTS, sarie/SARIE, SADAD, Mudad/WPS, Fawri+).- Receivables, virtual accounts and reconciliation experience.- Proven vendor, budget and steering committee management.

Location: GCC – onsite client deployment (hiring hub: Dubai, UAE).

Candidates must be willing to relocate and work onsite in any GCC country.Nice to have: experience on a leading corporate eBanking, virtual account or core banking platform; PMP or CSPO.
